About - Michael Karn

Michael Karn is a Lead UI Software Engineer at a large fortune 500 company in Austin, Texas. He has worked in user interface design and development since the mid 90s using several programming languages (Java, C#, C/C++, Visual Basic) before getting hooked on Flex shortly after Flex 2 was released. He now leads a team of developers working on large enterprise applications and modules in Flex 3. Michael is currently investigating new directions for enterprise Flex development including AIR and Flex 4.
